Day...whatthehellever

Friday is going to be dubbed "So-so"...I'm still not asleep (although I AM typing this from bed). There was some good along with bad.

In the "good" column, I went to lunch at Toro Loco's for a pre-Cinco de Mayo celebration and limited myself to only 10 chips, NO sour cream on the chips, and just the onions and shrimp from my fajitas (no tortillas, no beans, no rice). It was still a fattening lunch, but I felt in control the whole time, which is an achievement.

Dinner was rather decadent: Pizza Hut meat lover's pizza...Mmmmmmmm, I had two pieces (they SMALLEST two!) and then a 100 calorie pack for dessert...and I also gave in to the temptation of pita chips...so I probably went over in total calories for the day- alas.

Workout-wise, I did better...ran 2 miles (and I was flat-out RUNNING at 5.2 mph at at least a 1.0 up to a 3.0 incline), biked 5 miles and elyptical-ed for 10 mins...Did my sit-ups too, although it was technically after midnight when I did.

After gymming, I went to the tanning bed again. I think I'm FINALLY getting a smidge of color.

I'm going to make some homemade chicken noodle soup tomorrow...VERY delicious, but VERY sodium-y :/ I hate eating something like that right before Weigh-in. However, it is too much work to make from scratch on a weekday.
